Guests must make reservations in advance either through our website, phone, or email.
Reservations can be done by making payment via eSewa, Khalti, FonPay, Credit/Debit Card, or cash. We offer multiple payment options to accommodate the preferences of our guests.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking,
depending on the reservation policy.
Booking modifications or cancellations must be made within the
specified time frame to avoid charges.
Walk-in customers may also request reservations, however, please
note that these reservations are not guaranteed and are subject to
availability on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage all
guests to secure their reservations in advance to ensure
accommodation availability.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 10.00AM, and check-out time is 12.00PM.
Early check-in or late check-out maybe accommodated based on
availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must provide valid identification (passport, driver’s license,
citizenship card, etc.) upon check-in.
Payment:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, FonPay, eSewa, or Kalthi. Personal
checks are not accepted.
Payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise
specified.
Additional charges for services or damages incurred during the stay
will be billed upon check-out.
Room Allocation:
Specific room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The management reserves the right to change room assignments as
necessary.
House Rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse. Designated smoking areas may be provided.
Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by management.
Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful to other guests or staff may result in eviction without refund.
Liability:
The guesthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal
belongings during the stay.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property,
including but not limited to rooms, furnishings, and amenities.
Safety and Security:
Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay.
Any suspicious activity should be reported to the management
immediately.
Heater Policy:
Guests are requested to use the oil coil heater provided by the guest
house at their discretion.
Prior to bedtime, guests are encouraged to request the heater from
the front desk to ensure its safe and proper use.
It is recommended that guests do not leave the heater unattended
while in use.
Guests should place the heater on a flat, stable surface away from any
flammable materials.
Ensure that the heater is turned off and unplugged when not in use or
when leaving the room.
The guesthouse will not be liable for any damages or accidents
resulting from improper use of the heater.
Compliance with this policy helps maintain a safe environment for all
guests.
